Information you choose to share
A consultation inquiry asks for your name, email address, and business challenge. Company, phone number, budget range, and timeline are optional. If you carry service finder answers into the form, those answers are included when you submit. Please avoid sharing passwords, financial records, or sensitive personal information.
How inquiries are used
We use inquiry information to respond, understand your requirements, and discuss a possible engagement. When online delivery is configured, the inquiry is sent through our mail provider to our business inbox. A confirmation means the receiving mail system accepted the message; it does not book an appointment.
If online delivery is unavailable, the form prepares a message for your email app. Nothing is sent by the form in that mode. You decide whether to send the prepared email, and your email provider’s privacy terms apply.
Service finder and browser storage
The finder uses simple rules to recommend a starting point. It does not require contact details and does not send answers to an AI service. When you continue to the consultation form, the four multiple-choice answers appear in the page URL and may be stored in this browser’s session storage. The URL may appear in your browser history and hosting logs. Name, email, and free-text inquiry content are not added to URLs or browser storage by this website.
You can remove the finder answers from the consultation before submitting. Session storage ends when the browser session is closed and is cleared after a confirmed inquiry.
Booking and external services
The booking links open a Calendly calendar in a modal. Calendly loads only when you choose to open the calendar. You can also open it in a new tab. Scheduling information is handled under Calendly’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
Technical data and measurement
The hosting provider may process request information such as IP addresses, browser details, and access logs to operate and secure the site. The inquiry endpoint applies request limits. When a trusted proxy identifier is configured, it is hashed and kept temporarily in process memory for rate limiting.
This implementation does not install advertising or third-party analytics scripts. It emits local browser events for consultation clicks, completed finder flows, and confirmed inquiries. These contain only the event name, not contact details or answers. If an analytics provider is connected later, this notice and any applicable consent controls must be updated.
Retention and your choices
Submitted inquiries become business correspondence in our inbox. Contact us to ask what information we hold, correct it, or request deletion. We will review your request and any need to retain business records. This website does not promise a fixed automatic deletion period.
